2007 Representation Commission

The Representation Commission is an independent statutory body that reviews and redraws New Zealand’s electorate boundaries.

The Commission carries out its work every five years, once the population Census and Māori Electoral Option have been completed.

The electorate boundaries were last reviewed in 2007, with new electorate boundaries determined for the 2008 and 2011 general elections.

The 2007 Representation Commission members are:
