You can either download a PDF of a blank Enrolling to vote: Application form to print out or enrol online and have an enrolment form pre-printed with your details sent to you.

To view the PDF you will need to have Adobe's Acrobat Reader installed.

Completed enrolment forms should be returned to the Electoral Enrolment Centre. You can return them:
