The above map illustrates the new electorate boundaries which will be used for the next two elections.

The total of 70 electorates includes a new electorate in Auckland named Botany. Nine electorates have new names to better reflect the new electorate boundaries: Papakura, Hunua, Waikato, Ōhariu, Selwyn, Port Hills, Rangitata, Waitaki, Hauraki-Waikato.
