General Description
The Helensville electorate is centred on Helensville and also includes Kumeu, Riverhead, Waimauku, and Muriwai Beach.
Summary of Reasons
Helensville is 9% over quota, the projected population is increasing strongly relative to quota, and receives the surplus population from East Coast Bays. The boundary between Helensville and Rodney has been retained. Massey East has been moved into Te Atatu, thus putting it in the same electorate as Massey. The southern boundary with Waitakere has been moved to Muriwai.
