General Description
The Papakura electorate comprises Manurewa (south of Weymouth and Alfriston Roads), and includes the communities of Weymouth, Wattle Downs, Takanini, Papakura, Ardmore and Red Hill.
Summary of Reasons
This is a new electorate containing the area south of Weymouth Road from the Manurewa electorate, urban Papakura and the Ardmore and Redhill area from the Clevedon electorate. The Commission proposes the name Papakura.
