Returns of party donations exceeding $20,000
This page carries detail of returns of party donations exceeding $20,000 from the same donor which must be filed with the Electoral Commission within 10 working days of the receipt of the donation or the final donation aggregating to more than $20,000 from the same donor in a 12 month period.
The relevant law is sections 210C and 210F of the Electoral Act 1993 (and sections 54 and 57 of the Electoral Finance Act 2007).
Duly completed returns are available for inspection at the Electoral Commission's offices within three days of receipt, and the details will also be added to this table as soon as possible after receipt. The most recent return(s) are at the top of the table.
