How to submit broadcast advertising invoices
The Electoral Commission pays suppliers' accounts to parties that have been certified by an authorised party official as payable from the party's allocation and forwarded to the Commission. Payments are made to suppliers and no money is paid directly to parties. Read more »
How to make a broadcaster's return of election programmes
After each election, every broadcaster must give the Electoral Commission a complete and accurate statement of election advertising broadcast during the three months before polling day. The return is due no later than 10 working days after the end of the month in which an election is held. Read more »
