On 19 October 2011 the Electoral Commission determined an application to register a substitute logo made under Part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993 for Aotearoa Legalise Cannabis Party as shown below:
The Electoral Commission resolved to register the party’s substitute logo in accordance with section 69A of the Electoral Act 1993. The register will be updated accordingly.
